I have not been blogging for the past few year as I totally forgot that I have a blog. Actually for the past few minutes, I was struggling to log in to my blog account. I almost forgot my password to log in. Hmmm... I will try to log in as often as possible to blog. Anyway, recently I just started working full-time. Being a full timer, it is not as easy as what I think... Basically I have to bare lots of responsible in my work. Till now, I still cannot adept the working hours. I am just simply restless and tired.... I also feel that I have lots of things to learn. Nevertheless, I will not let the problems pull me down. I have to tell myself that I am able to do it... Jia you!

School Going to Commence in MAY

Oh well, my school is going to commence in 20th May 2009. In the end, I choose APMI Kaplan to further up my studies. I will be taking Diploma in "Hospitality & Tourism".

Yesterday (16th May 2009) I just settled study loan with the banker. He came all the way down to my place to settle the bank loan. I feel so guilty afterall, because he don't drive. I decided to take up the loan which after my education then pay to the bank. Once everything ok, I suppose I will get the cheque within this few days.

On the 15th May 2009, I did something which is crazy, I went to cut and coloured my hair in ash. I will upload the photo once it's really.

St James Power Station

I was so drunk on the 14th Dec 08 (Sunday). On that day in the evening, Alan's mum, Alan and I went to the airport to fetch YuXiang (Alan's Cousin) as she came back from her flight. After that we all went to Poepye in T3 to have our dinner. Follow by YuXiang decided to go with us for the party held in St James Power Station. The theme of the party is Old School and the management expect us to wear Uniform. I wasn't expected YuXiang will wore her secondary uniform to the party and I didn't know it looks so cute on her. This are some of the pictures we took on that day.

We wasn't expected turn up to be a good one =)

Overall, we enjoyed ourself =)

On the Saturday (29/11/08) morning, I woke up quite early as i needed to accompany my mom for her appointment in Gelang East Polyclinic. When i woke up that time, i didn't have my breakfast. While I'm waiting for my mum turn in the clinic, I felt hungry. So after the appointment, My mum and I went to the nearest market to have our last breakfast.

In the noon, I met up Zhipeng (Campmate) with his friends in Orchard. Basically we met up because we need to go Kaplan to enquire Diploma in "Hospitality& Tourism". Kaplan is actually the world’s leading providers of lifelong education with operations around the globe, They have evolved well beyond our historic roots in test preparation to serve students of all ages through a wide array of offerings.

The course consultant recommented us to take Full time instead Past time Diploma as he mentioned part time is very pack for those people who work while studying and it have lesser consenstration in it, unless they need to put in alot of effort. unlike Full time, they are more details in it and I can sense Zhipeng wants to take up the course over at Kaplan.

After we have done our enquiries in Kaplan, Zhipeng's friend drove us down to Raffles College which was located at 99 Beach Road. The school was established in 1999, Raffles Education Corp College (Raffles College) formerly known as Hartford Institute, part of Raffles Education Corporation is one of the leading Institutes in Singapore. As for their aims, they want to provide an unequalled education that will serve their students for a lifetime, and meet the needs of our wider community.

Before that, I already booked an appointment with them and we did the same thing again, enquired the same course. But the funny thing is, they needed us to do a Personality Test "A reflection of your character" before we start to enquire the course. I believed it is to get to understand more about us.

After everything, met up Alan in the Bugis and went for window shopping. In the evening, I needed to go and work to earn more money as my current salary is too low for me to survive. haha...

Good evening! Let me share with you what I have been doing for the past few weeks. On the 21th Nov 08, It's actually my platoon cohesion day. It held at Miramar Hotel and I would like to share with you guys some of the photos i took on that day itself.

Actually, why my superior wanted to organise the cohesion? I guess it is because for the ORD personnel in the December (2008) and sort of a farewell party for him. He (Msg Ng Chee Yong) will be leaving in next year January. Truthfully speaking, he has been a good mentor to me. I had learn many things from him, one of the thing I have learned from him is to be a responsible guy. Taught me how to face problem and solve it. Leared to be efficient and alert too. Nevertheless, learned how to be independent when the parents are not around. That's something i can't learn outside. I felt i had already grown up after some EXTRA & CONFINEMENT that he have given to me. I understand his hard work that he put in is for the sake of everybody and I don't blame him for that. I really appreciated the effort he put in and i need to thank him for that. Without his "nagging", I don't think I am who am I now! Thank You!

As for today (28th Nov 08), I entitled an OFF day from my superior because today I need to attend an Eprep Road Show at Keat Hong Camp. For this Road Show, I had get quite alot of information from the speakers and also get to know more about the Eprep Scheme. Eprep is a MINDEF initiative to recognise the full-time National Servicemen's contribution to Singapore's defence and continued stability. It offers online preparatory and refresher courses to NSFs to help them transit from full-time NS to either join the workforce or further their studies. It's also eligible to particiate in Eprep during their last 12 months of service till ORD. For more information, please contact NS call Centre 1800-3676767. Well.. I would say, make use of this chance to upgrade ourselves since there's free credit in it.

After the Road Show, I decided to go down to SHATEC INSTITUTES to enquire what are the courses that is eligible for me to take up. The person in charge told me, in order for me to up the diploma course, is a must for me to take up Certificate in Hotel & Restaurant Operation (CHRO) which cost S$4,120. After I have the foundation, i'm able to study Diploma in Hotel Management/Tourism Management (DHM), (DTM) which cost S$14,545. Maybe I will take that as a consideration for my study.

After everything, it has been a tired for me. Even though i'm tired, i still went to cut my hair at "STORM" by monsoon which located at Century Square Level 5. I am happy with the service that they provided, they are friendly and courteous to all the customers & of course, I love my new hairstyle. It was designed by the name of KASON. =)

I'm going to stop here, basically these are the things I done today!

Supposedly today (11/10/08) wanted to go for a swim with Alan and Nicholas, but ended up that I over slept.. So after that met up with Alan for late lunch. After that, I went to work. On my way to my workplace, I came across this girl who didn't pay the correct amount for her bus fare. In the end, she was chase away by the "Ticketing Officer". Somehow I felt that the ticketing officer shouldn't be so strict to the girl, I do understand she forgotten to bring her EZ-link card out & this explains why she paid student rate for her bus fare.

What the "Ticketing Officer" mean was that, in order to get a student rate of the bus fare, they need to provide a student card. But that was rather "LAME", don't you guys agree with me? If a person forgotten to bring the EZ link card out, of course they wouldn't think of paying the adult rate for the bus fare. Straight away they will think of of paying the same amount that usually used to pay. But not up to an extend that they need to chase the girl down from the bus. I guess partly the girl showed an attitude to the ticketing officer, perhaps that was the reason behind it.

At around 1750hrs, I finally reached my work place, I started to work from 1800hrs to 2200hrs. Meanwhile when I was working, Nicholas and Alan came to visit me. Nicholas bought "BAO" for me to consume, I believed that he was worried that i'm hungry and didin't had my dinner before going to work. Hmmm....... That was so sweet about him. Thanks dude!

After my worked, we went to Geylang to had our supper. basically today i spent half a day on my work & chilling out with my brothers.

Yo, I've just gotten back from the New Urban Male, Founder's Day Party. Overall i didn't really enjoyed myself as it turns out to be a bored one.. =( I thought that the party would be like the one that i went for at the Anniversary Party that was held a few months back. But the best part was that we had our dearest brother, Jonathan, and our best friend, Nicholas, that accompanied us for this time show.

We took quite a numbers of pictures over at the party too.

The School I Wanted to Get In

A very good evening to all of you. It has been a long time since I blog. Let me share with you guys what I have plan to do after coming out from the National Service. I want to get into this school by the name of Tourism Managment Institute of Singapore (TMIS). TMIS, formerly known as the Centre for Tourism-Related Studies (CTRS) was established in 1987. They are a fully-owned subsidiary of the National Association of Travel Agents Singapore (NATAS). In addition, TMIS is also actively promoting and providing tourism courses and training to the public in Singapore and the region.

After I get this certificate, I want to use that to apply for my job. For that job I am going to apply, that is all along my ambition since i'm young. =) In the meanwhile, I started to read some self-enrichment book to upgrade myself and some assessment book to improve my English Lauguage. I think that is very important for my future careers. However, sometime i will tend to be lazy and slack around! haha... But no matter what happen, I must tell myself, JIA YOU, JIA YOU!!!

Truthfully speaking, if "SOMEONE" didn't enter into my life! I think i would be wonder around aimlessly. Thank you very much for what you have done for me. I greatly appreciated!

Today (09/08/08) is a tired day for me but i still need to spent sometime to blog as i need to improve my English Language. I spent the whole day deployed in the National Stadium Car park 2 because i was involved in the NDP 2008 (National Day Parade). Actually my Bro-In-Law, Brother and me took part in this year NDP. However, my Bro-In-Law who was a parachuter, had an accident while he was landing along his way onto the platform. I guess the weather wasn't very good today that why it causes this incident to happen. I hope everything will be fine for him. As for my brother I didn't know what he was doing. Well, as for me I am a driver who merely drove the vehicle around for almost the whole day=) That's what i have to share with you guys about my day spent. Anyway, wishes SINGAPORE a Happy 43rd National Day! A City of Possibilities...!

Let me share with you guys what have I done today (30/07/08)! Basically, i went to watch "Money Not Enough 2". I can said it's a nice movie. But of course there are still room for them to improve. In this movie, i understood what the Director"Jack Neo" was going to deliver his message to us! It teaches me how to be a filial son. The rest i shall leave it to you guys to watch. Other then that, before i went to watch the movie, i went down to enquire on my education. Now i know without a qualification(O'level), you can go nowhere! So it really motivates me get an O level certificate.

As for now, i shall summarizes what I had done for the past few days! Last week, i went to the Singapore National Art Museum. That is the first time in my life i actually went in there! Before i went into the museum, i was impressed by the lighting that shine and brightens up the whole entire outlook of the museum. I will attach some of the pictures that i took on that day, as i went in there, I am amazed by the portraits that those young chaps has taken. Their pictures have no much different as compared to the professionalism artists.
